Cymax Group is thrilled to announce that Tom Glover has been promoted to Vice President, Analytics.

Tom joined Cymax Group in January 2023 as Director of Business Analytics. He brings 15 years’ experience building high performing analytical teams and has a proven track record of delivering business results through data, having consulted several marquee Canadian brands in the loyalty, retail, technology, and financial sectors.

In his new role, Tom oversees insight delivery across business intelligence (BI), pricing & promotions, digital analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and data engineering.

As Cymax Group celebrates 20 years in business, Tom’s promotion echoes a continued focus and commitment to technological innovation.
