Natalia Venida
Director, People and Culture
Natalia is director of people and culture at Cymax Group. She leads the People and Culture function including P&C strategy, Employee Experience, HR Operations and Payroll, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. She is an active Member of the BC Tech Talent C-Council.
Natalia brings over 20 years of experience in a multi-national employee environment across various industries. Prior to joining Cymax Group, she was Vice President of People and Culture at a real estate investment company and Talent and Corporate Operations Manager at Aritzia.
Natalia champions purpose-driven, values-based corporate cultures and leads with kindness and compassion. She holds a Masters degree in Organizational Management, a Bachelors degree in Commerce with a Human Resources Management specialization and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and certified in the Prosci Change Management methodology.
