Cymax Group announces CEO transition
VANCOUVER, BC, November 1st, 2023 – Cymax Group Technologies today announced Rizwan Somji will step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on December 8th. The Company’s Board of Directors has initiated a search for a successor through a leading global executive search firm. Mike Herenberg, who has served as Chief Operating Officer since July 2022, will serve as interim CEO until a successor is appointed and Somji will serve in an advisory capacity during the transition.
